About PRé Consultants
 Since
1990 PRé Consultants is in the forefront of LCA development, with state
of the art methods, consultancy and software tools. PRé
Consultant's mission is to make a positive change in the world, by
providing the tools, the knowledge and the network to help
decision-making for sustainable policies, products and services.
Key achievements are:
- We develop and supply the worlds most widely
used LCA software SimaPro.
- We develop one of the most widely recognized
and applied impact assessment methods; the
Eco-indicator 99. Currently
we are developing a major update of this method, in collaboration
with CML, Radboud University in Nijmegen and RIVM.
- We have made many contributions to the development
of new fields such as sustainable consumption,
product service systems,
rebound effects, etc.
- We actively participate in and contribute
to scientific networks, like the
UNEP Life Cycle Initiative.
- We share information with others.
