Ecolabelling
and EPD's
 Environmental product declarations are
becoming very popular in many countries and industry sectors.
Companies provide a detailed list of impacts for each product.
Some countries and international bodies, like
the EU, do not require to give a full specification, but award a
simple label, that help consumers to recognize environmentally sound
products. LCA provides the basis for EPD and for setting criteria
for the ecolabels.
